10 Minute Midday Stretch

This stretch is great to do at any given time; I call it the midday stretch because it's important to break up your day (especially if you are sitting a lot) with mobility stretches.

The body wants to stay limber in order to keep everything flowing and regulated.  So even if you do just part of this video, it's still better than sitting all day.
