10 Minute Weighted Abs

This video is 10 minutes of weighted ab exercises with dynamic stretching breaks in between.

I usually use a 12.5lb dumbbell but 10lb-15lb dumbbells are great too!

There are 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through. However, feel free to do more than 3 sets!

Equipment: single 10lb-15lb dumbbell
