15 Minute Lower Body

This is a 15 minute circuit focused on lower body.  I am using 5lb dumbbells BUT I recommend using 10lb-15lb dumbbells to build lean muscle.

This video includes a dynamic warmup, lower body circuit, and cool down.  I recommend also doing a stretching series from the Stretching section!
