Begin virtual training and change the way you workout forever! In your session, you will warm up, complete circuits of bodyweight and weighted exercises (varies based on equipment available), and cool down with dynamic stretching and yoga. I customize the workouts based on your needs, goals, and level of experience, however, you have full control over how you'd like to use your session!
Each session is 60 minutes long.
No equipment is required, however, clients usually end up buying bands or weights online as the sessions progress.
All sessions are held on FaceTime or Skype.
