Virtual training is held on FaceTime and sessions are a full hour.  Within the session, you will warm up, complete circuits of bodyweight and weighted exercises (unless you do not have equipment available), and cool down with dynamic stretching and yoga.  I customize the workouts based on your needs, goals, and level of experience, however, you have full control over how you'd like to use your session!
