11 Minute Upper Body

This is an 11 minute bodyweight circuit focused on upper body.

There are 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times though.  Bodyweight workouts are great for toning and can be used as cardio so long as you keep your heart rate up and avoid long breaks.  Feel free to repeat this circuit more than 3 times!

I recommend doing my dynamic warmup video first then pairing this with a bodyweight ab workout and lower body circuit for a full body workout!
