13 Minute Lower Body

This video is 13 minutes of lower body weight training.

For the upper body, a set of 5lb-8lb dumbbells is suggested.  For lower body, a single 25lb-45lb dumbbell is suggested!

You can also use a kettlebell for the deadlifts and squats.

This is a set of 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through.  However, feel free to repeat this circuit more than 3 times.

Equipment: single 5lb-8lb dumbbell and single 25lb-45lb dumbbell
