This is a 25 minute video focused on weight training the lower body.

I encourage you to do my 'Dynamic Warmup' video to get the blood flowing before you lift heavy!

This circuit is my go-to for lower body; I do it 2-3x a week!  I'm a firm believer in lateral movements to target and grow those glutes!
