Smooth Surface: 37 Minute Full Body

This is a 37 minute full body workout that uses just your bodyweight.

Make sure you are on a smooth surface wearing socks that you can slide in!

There is a dynamic warmup, lower body circuit, and upper body/abs circuit.  There are 4 exercises in each circuit, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through!

I treat bodyweight exercises like cardio, so feel free to do more reps and sets than listed.  Also, this workout can be paired with an additional ab video and a pre/post-workout stretch!
