This is a 6 minute weight training video focused on upper body. I am using 5lb dumbbells; however, I prefer to use 7.5lbs- I just don't have them available!
This circuit is 4 exercises, 10 reps each, repeated 3 times through!
When you go lower in weight, you want to increase your reps. If you use 5lb dumbbells, feel free to repeat this circuit more than 3 times!
I recommend doing my 'Dynamic Warmup' video before you do this circuit. If you are looking to get in a full body workout, pair this circuit with a weighted ab and lower body video!
