This is an 8 minute weighted upper body circuit.
I prefer to use 7.5lb dumbbells, but since I don't have them, I'm using 5lb weights. With 5lbs, you can choose to complete more than 3 sets and go for higher reps. If you choose to use 10lb dumbbells, you can complete this set with slightly less reps.
There are 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through!
I recommend doing my 'Dynamic Warmup' video first, then pair this video with weighted abs and weighted legs for a FULL BODY lift!
