Mixed Weight: 12 Minute Abs

This is a 12 minute ab circuit that includes 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through! Two exercises are bodyweight and two exercises add dumbbells.

The video begins with a quick yoga warmup but I recommend doing the 'Dynamic Warmup' video prior!

Equipment: 10lb AND 15lb dumbbell OR 12.5lb dumbbell
