Smooth Surface: 16 Minute Lower Body

This is a 16 minute lower body workout designed for a wooden floor or smooth surface.  Make sure you are wearing socks!

There are 4 exercises, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through.  However, feel free to do this set more than 3 times!
