My ideal dumbbell weight for abs is 12.5lb. However, in this video I use both a 10lb and 15lb dumbbell depending on the movement. Both work fine!
You can pair this video with a weighted upper body and lower body circuit for a full body lift! You could also pair it with some bodyweight videos for added cardio.
