Upper & Lower Weighted Abs

This is a 17 minute video that brings you through a weighted upper and lower ab circuit.

My ideal dumbbell weight for abs is 12.5lb.  However, in this video I use both a 10lb and 15lb dumbbell depending on the movement.  Both work fine!

You can pair this video with a weighted upper body and lower body circuit for a full body lift!  You could also pair it with some bodyweight videos for added cardio.

Equipment: single 12.5lb dumbbell OR a 10lb AND 15lb dumbbell
