Weighted Full Body

This 15 minute video includes an upper and lower body circuit using 5lb dumbbells, however, I recommend using 10lb-15lb dumbbells for the lower body.

There are 3 exercises in each circuit, 10 reps of each, repeated 3 times through.

I suggest doing the 'Dynamic Warmup' video first to get those muscles warmed up before lifting!

Equipment: set of 5lb dumbbells and set of 10lb-15lb dumbbells
