Allegra Paris Fasulo grew up in Upstate New York, where horseback riding and gymnastics shaped her early connection to movement. After losing a parent in early adulthood, fitness became a deeper outlet for resilience, mental strength, and personal transformation.

Today, she is the founder of Allegra Paris Bikini Body studios, where she teaches her signature Bikini Body Method™, a refined blend of pilates sculpt and strength training designed to build strong, lifted glutes and a defined core.
