These pilates sculpt classes fuse mat pilates exercises, targeted weight training, and resistance band movement to sculpt the glutes and define the core. The experience emphasizes form and control so you leave feeling lifted, lean, and sculpted in all the right places.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Allegra Paris Fasulo grew up in Upstate New York, where horseback riding and gymnastics shaped her early connection to movement. After losing a parent in early adulthood, fitness became a deeper outlet for resilience, mental strength, and personal transformation.

Today, she is the founder of Allegra Paris Bikini Body studios, where she teaches her signature Bikini Body Method™, a refined blend of pilates sculpt and strength training designed to build strong, lifted glutes and a defined core.

Certified in multiple disciplines including mat pilates, personal training, and stretch therapy, Allegra’s method emphasizes precise form, controlled movement, and progressive strength, helping women feel stronger, leaner, and more confident in their bodies.
