ABOUT ALLEGRA PARIS
Allegra Paris Fasulo is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people change their lives. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a background in weight training, stretch therapy, yoga, and several recovery techniques.
Allegra shares her fitness passion, modeling, and lifestyle hacks across social media, where she has amassed a following of over 300,000 incredible individuals.
Starting her personal training journey in NYC over 5-years ago, Allegra has done everything from teaching boxing classes in a studio she helped open, to studying progressive dynamic stretching at a stretch therapy facility.
She now teaches Bikini Body, her pop-up class, in Miami, NYC, and plans to take it to new cities. Her concept combines sculpting and toning exercises in an enjoyable way that guarantees results. Allegra helps people tighten their overall body while building their booty!
