To return or exchange an item, email support@allegraparis.com or fill out the form below.  Please include your full name and order number.

 

ACTIVEWEAR

Only items that are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged are accepted.
All items must be unused with tags attached for full refund.
All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving the item.

     

    SWIMWEAR

      HAND-PAINTED

      Only hand-painted items that are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged are accepted.
      All items must be unused with tags attached for full refund.
      All hand-painted items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days after receiving the item.
